Our mission is to provide a place where every "BODY"
is encouraged and inspired to be active through yoga.

our beautifully warm and inviting studio feels as though
you are taking a class in the comforts of home.
One of the unique features of our welcoming studio is the wall-to-wall mat floor:
easy on the joints for the young and the young-at-heart,
as well as a strength and balance builder -
it's like your entire workout is on a stability ball!
For your convenience, our studio has plenty of parking on-site.
